Biography
Shayan (Amir Hossein) Shekari was a 21-year-old student and a former member of the Iranian national junior taekwondo team, holding three gold medals. He was killed on January 8, 2026, in Rasht after being shot directly by Islamic Republic security forces.
شایان (امیرحسین) شکاری دانشجوی ۲۱ ساله، عضو سابق تیم ملی نوجوانان تکواندو و دارنده سه مدال طلا بود. وی در ۱۸ دیماه ۱۴۰۴ در رشت بر اثر شلیک مستقیم نیروهای جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد.
